For example, a tank height of 8 meters, a medium stored in the density of 0.9, and now want to use the transmitter to achieve the purpose of measuring the liquid level. Then we must first calculate the transmitter range corresponding to the liquid level of 8 meters, which is KPa. According to the unit we know that the pressure = pgh = 8 * 0.9 * 9.8 = 70.56kpa.
If the tank is sealed, then the intelligent differential pressure transmitter is used for measurement. Because it is intelligent, the range can be adjusted within the allowable range of accuracy, and the engineering unit and output mode can be selected. 70.56kpa is generally 0-100% linear display by default.
